Podcast: Talking the Blog Era with Circling Back
There's nothing like waking up on a Friday morning, tapping on the coffee maker, and party-crashing one of your favorite small-to-medium size podcasts as a guest.
I was recently invited to be a guest on Circling Back, hosted by Dillon Cheverere, Dave Ruff, and Will deFries.
It's been a minute since I've done something like this, so it was a blast to jump on with the guys and wax nostalgic about the golden days of BroBible and the 2010-2016 blog era Internet. We also talked about music, moving to California, and more.
Here are some of the subjects covered:
What happens when a bunch of old internet heads get together and talk early frat blog publishing days? Well, you're about to find out. We were joined by noted bro and BroBible publisher Brandon Wenerd to talk that viral sorority girl story, college rappers like Sammy Adams and Asher Roth, the path of BroBible’s rise, Back-to-Back World War Champions tees, jam bands, shows to catch this summer, BroBible’s move from NYC to LA, early internet days, Eagles NFL Draft, and so so so much more.
Thanks for listening. Hope I didn't embarrass myself too much. I love going on podcasts, hope to do more in the future, and I'm trying to get more comfortable on a mic. Feels good to get the reps in, you know?
